Elite Rankings & Achievements

At just 14 years old, Blake has already established herself as a dominant force in competitive swimming: [1]

• #1 in New Jersey for the 13–14 age group in the 200-yard backstroke.
• #2 in New Jersey for the 100-yard backstroke.
• #4 in New Jersey for the 50-yard backstroke.
• #2 in the United States as the backstroke leg of her medley relay team.  [1]
• State Record Holder for the New Jersey 200 and 400 yard and meter relay swims. [1]

Next Stop: YMCA National Championships

Blake is currently heading to Ocala, Florida, to compete on the grand stage at the 2026 YMCA National Long Course Swimming Championship. Earning a national qualifying time is a rare milestone that many swimmers spend their entire careers trying to achieve. Racing in an Olympic-distance pool at the Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) facility, she will face off against competitors up to 18 years old in pursuit of a coveted top-20 podium finish. High School Outlook

This August, Blake will enter Morris Knolls High School in Denville, New Jersey. She is eager to begin her freshman season and has already set her sights on shattering the school’s historic female backstroke records.

Fueling the Dream

The Corradino & Partners Athletic Scholarship is designed to alleviate the significant financial barriers associated with tier-one athletics. Elite swimming requires immense investment, including:

• Travel expenses for seasonal National Championships.
• Tuitions for elite, specialized swim camps and private coaching.
• High-performance tech suits, which cost between $400 and $600 and must be replaced every single competition year. [1, 2]

In honor of Charlize’s remarkable sportsmanship, elite athletic achievements, and academic excellence, our firm proudly donated the official Point Pleasant Wrestling Mat to her alma mater. We stand firmly behind Charlize as she enters this exciting next chapter, fully supporting her academic and athletic dreams.

Historic Athletic Achievements

Charlize has cemented her legacy as a true pioneer for female athletics in New Jersey:

• School History Maker: The very first female wrestler in Point Pleasant Borough High School history.
• District Champion: The first female wrestler to secure a District title for the school.
• Two-Time Region Champion: Dominating regional competition throughout her high school career.
• Two-Time State Place Winner: Competing successfully against the absolute best wrestlers in the state.

Academic Excellence & Future Career Goals

Charlize balances her fierce competitive drive with an equally impressive academic record, graduating at the top of her high school class. Her future plans include:

• Collegiate Athletics: Competing on the women’s wrestling team at Ursinus College starting this fall.
• Academic Major: Pursuing a degree in Political Science.
• The Ivy League Path: Planning a future transfer to Columbia University through an educational partnership once they establish an official women’s wrestling program.
• Career Ambitions: Utilizing her higher education to launch a meaningful career in law and government.
